Your application for Holon PBI’s seminars or events
Application: Please follow the instructions below.

You will later hear from Holon PBI, Inc. regarding the details of the seminar/event. Our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New-Year and mid-summer holidays. Our message reaches you on the first business day after these holidays, if you receive no reply from us during these holidays.
It is possible that your electronic message has not reached us at Holon PBI, Inc. If no contact from us has arrived at you in three days after your transmission, please contact us again either by e-mail or phone.

Your application is accepted and your participation is acknowledged when your payment of the participation fee has been confirmed. Your application without fee payment by its deadline may become invalid on our first-come-first served basis practice. Any cancellation after application costs you cancellation fees as shown below.
Pay your application fee upon receiving invoice from Holon PBI.
You are required to pay/remit the fee within two (2) weeks after the date on our invoice. You are also required to bear remittance fee. The application fee constitutes a part of your seminar/event participation fee.
Pay your participation fee by the date as designated by Holon PBI.
You are required to pay/remit the participation fee, the amount after deducting the application fee, by the designated date. You are also required to bear remittance fee.
The participation fee may be paid by installment upon agreement with Holon PBI. No payment by credit card is accepted
Cancellation of seminar/event participation
Your application is accepted and your participation is acknowledged when your payment of the participation fee has been confirmed.
You must bear the following fees in case of cancellation of your participation in the seminar/event after your application is accepted and/or after your participation has been acknowledged:
[1] Cancellation 14 days to one month before the date (starting date) of the seminar/event: ten (10) % of participation fee
[2] Cancellation four (4) days to 13 days before the date (starting date) of the seminar/event: fifty (50) % of participation fee
[3] Cancellation three (3) days to the date (starting date) of the seminar/event: full amount (100%) of participation fee
You are required to inform your cancellation by either e-mail or facsimile. No
verbal cancellation, including telephoning, is accepted.
You are required to inform your bank account to which the participation fee, after deduction the cancellation fee, is remitted. You are also required to bear remittance fee.
